ARTS Australia is a Marketing
Consultancy headed by
Tim Roberts and has undertaken
CRM, ticketing and
marketing projects for clients throughout Australia, New Zealand,
USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Africa, Turkey and Great
Britain.
Tim lectures regularly and has presented at many conferences in
Australia and internationally on issues surrounding CRM, ticketing,
arts and online marketing. In 2006 Tim co-authored, with Roger
Tomlinson
FULL HOUSE: Turning Data into Audiences
commissioned by the Australia Council for the Arts with support of 5 State &
Territory Arts
Ministries. Following this,
Tim and Roger were commissioned by Creative New Zealand for a
New Zealand version of the book with contributions by Vicki Allpress.
