ARTS Australia is a Marketing
Consultancy headed by
Tim Roberts and has undertaken
CRM, ticketing and
marketing projects for clients throughout Australia, New Zealand,
USA, Chile, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Africa, Turkey,
Spain and UK.
ARTS Australia works in partnership with a variety of
international consultancies to represent them as an associate in
Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, these include:
Baker
Richards of the UK for pricing analysis and
WolfBrown in the USA for
Intrinsic
Impact projects.
Tim is a founding member of
CultureLab a partnership between an informal consortium of arts
consultants and the
Cultural Policy Center (CPC) at the University of Chicago. Tim lectures regularly and has presented at many conferences in
Australia and internationally on issues surrounding CRM, ticketing,
arts and online marketing.
In 2006 Tim co-authored, with Roger
Tomlinson
FULL HOUSE: Turning Data into Audiences
commissioned by the
Australia Council for the Arts with support of 5 State &
Territory Arts
Ministries. Following this,
Tim and Roger were commissioned by
Creative New Zealand for a
New Zealand version of the book with contributions by Vicki Allpress
Hill. A spanish language version was published by
Fundación
Autor/SGAE in May 2011 titled
